The Aeroflow Performance Race Series intercoolers provide the best cooling capacity, while safely increasing horsepower to provide street and race proven performance no matter the application. The tube and fin core are a straight through low restriction design for less pressure drop, resulting in higher flow and reduced lag time. With end tanks constructed from 5052 sheet aluminium for extreme durability which improves heat transfer. It has the highest thermodynamic dissipative process which will efficiently reduce intake air temperatures, while significantly improving engine output.
They are currently available in a 600mm x 300mm x 100mm with 76mm (3") inlets and outlets that have a raised lip for securing silicone hose. Each intercooler features four female M8 x 1.25mm mounting bosses and are available in silver or black powder coated finishes.

Testament to the rugged nature of the core can be found in the design and testing of these units. This core is pressure tested to 70 PSI and held at that pressure for an amazing 24 hours - which is why you will see less than 2 PSI of pressure drop at 35 PSI! Supplied with powder coated end tanks for a great look and featuring a 3" inlet & outlet, this intercooler is estimated to happily support up to 1300hp at the engine. The Race Series intercoolers have been extensively dyno tested under extreme conditions, and after back-to-back runs they show the exact same intake temperature from start to finish.

Although there may be some small cosmetic blemishes from manufacture (an example being small dents or some slightly bent fins or other blemishes), this in no way affects the performance or durability of your intercooler in any way whatsoever. Fitment notes:

Intercooler must be mounted using top and bottom mounting points (M8 x 1.25 thread) - should not be hung by the top mounting points on their own.
