Aeroflow's industry first 100% complete billet 6061-T6 aluminium Gilmer Belt Drive Kit. Double anodized for case hardness for maximum life of your Gilmer teeth, which presents slippage and torn belts.
Aeroflow belt drive kits come complete with crank, water pump and alternator pulleys. Included with the kits are chrome bolts for both the crank and water pump pulley and a high quality Aeroflow belt.

Gilmer Kit Specifications:
- Aeroflow Silver Billet Alloy Gilmer Belt Drive kit
- Part number AF64-3003 (pulleys) and AF65-1004 (Belt)
- Suitable for street and strip applications
- All pulleys are fabricated from billet machined 6061-T6 alloy
- Double anodized for hardness and maximum life of your gilmer pulley teeth preventing slipping and wrecked belts
- 1 x Crank pulley, 1 x Alternator pulley, 1 x Water pump pulley
- Supplied complete with 4 x chrome water pump pulley bolts and 4 x chrome crank pulley bolts
- 1 x Aeroflow AF65-1004 420L x 1.5" wide belt
- Aeroflow gilmer belts are designed with extra nylon webbing making them thick for superior performance and durability
- 100% billet construction, beware of cheap copies
- 12 month warranty
Power Steering Pulley Specifications:
- Aeroflow Gilmer Drive Power Steering Pulley V-Groove Adaptor
- Part number AF64-3010
- 120mm overall diameter, may require use of different length V belt for the power steering
- CNC machined from billet machined 6061-T6 alloy
- Anodized Silver finish
- Supplied complete with 4 x stainless steel crank pulley bolts
- 12 month warranty
Fitment notes:
- Some models may require spacing out approximately 5-15mm in most cases which can be done with a seperate spacer plate.
- Belt supplied with kit 420L150 which is the most commonly used belt length on Holden V8 253 & 308 - if your engine has been altered over the years and you require a different belt length, please contact us before ordering.
- Not suitable for later model 304 5L V8 VN - VT Commodore.
- Power steering pulley can be used for fitting with your Gilmer Crank Pulley to run either a Power Steering Pump or Air Conditioning Compressor.
- Accessory drive mount brackets may need to be modified to obtain correct V-belt alignment.
