The factory timing covers on the LS series engines can often require machining to gain the sufficient clearance required when upgrading to double row timing chains or aftermarket oil pumps.
 

Proflow has developed this high quality 2 piece timing cover from high grade die-cast aluminium. This timing cover is designed to clear double row timing chains in conjunction with high volume oil pumps with NO machining required. As an added bonus, these 2 piece timing covers also allow for quicker camshaft removal and installation without the need to remove the damper pulley for future cam swaps.
 

Features a 2 piece die-cast aluminium design with thick gasket rails for rigidity and optimum oil sealing. With their Black/Satin Powdercoated appearance you'll be sure to turn some heads when you pop the hood.
