The GM LS family small blocks are prone to oil starvation at high Gs, especially at higher RPMs where oil aeration and windage is more prevalent. Proper oil pan baffling is critical for improving oil control and reducing oil starvation in these engines.

This VE oil pan is the pan of choice for most engine swaps as it provides the most steering rack and ground clearance of any GM pan. Using a factory GM pan allows you to retain the structural rigidity of a cast aluminium pan.

This kit includes Improved Racing's popular trap-door racing oil pan baffle, which helps prevent oil starvation in any application. Save money by purchasing the pan and baffle together!

This package couples the factory 5th generation (2010-Present) Camaro SS oil pan with Improved Racing's trap door oil pan baffle. This is a great pan for swaps, if you have the space for it, because of its high oil capacity of 8 quarts.
